Sure, the kid showed poor judgement in taking the magazine to school, but how in the world does that merit being punished by being sent for two days to a school for troublemakers?
This should have been handled by a stern talking-to and detention. I'm sure the "going nuclear" attitude here was fostered by the terrorist NEA.
