While we're on about rights...

DETROIT - A high school student has the right to wear a T-shirt to school with the face of President Bush (search) and the words "International Terrorist" on the front, a federal judge ruled.

Absolutely correct; the Constitution protects political speech. But I wonder if the judge will rule that other students have the right to pound the shit out of him for wearing it?
