I just got an email from a guy asking why he couldn't reach his resource hosted by our company in DC. I felt like telling him there was a hurricane yesterday and nearly 5 million people are powerless, and he wonders why he can't reach a resource in DC?
Truth be known, our machines are running on generator power, but our ISP has got multiple points of failure. Even so, some people are morons.
