(I was seriously impressed by the pinpoint control I saw in the video of the bombing in Baghdad. Bombs were going off almost on top of one another, which I assume was entirely intentional. And they appeared to be giving civilian infrastructure a wide berth. (The lights were still on -- big clue.))
